Shipping and Store Pickup

Domestic shipping: Eligible U.S. orders use a $17.89 flat shipping rate. Domestic shipping is free only when the eligible merchandise subtotal remains over $100 after all discounts. Taxes, duties, and any other checkout charges are shown before payment when applicable.

International shipping: We ship only to countries and regions that are active in our Shopify Markets and shipping settings. Available services, rates, taxes, and duties are calculated and shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for import charges unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Store pickup: Pickup is available at TCG Tavern, 27001 La Paz Rd, Suite 412, Mission Viejo, CA 92691, during regular hours of 2:00 PM–7:00 PM daily. Please allow up to 24 hours for preparation and wait for the pickup-ready confirmation before arriving. Bring the order confirmation and identification matching the pickup person when requested.

Processing and delivery: We confirm inventory and fulfillment details before an order is accepted. Carrier delivery estimates begin after handoff and are not guaranteed by TCG Tavern. Tracking is provided when available. Contact support@tcg-tavern.com promptly about a missing, incorrect, or transit-damaged shipment.

All TCG product sales remain subject to the Return and Refund Policy displayed at checkout.
