TCG Tavern Online Store Terms of Service

1. Seller and agreement
TCG Tavern, LLC ("TCG Tavern," "we," "us," or "our") operates this online store. Shopify powers the catalog, cart, checkout, payment, tax, and order services. By using the store or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Return and Refund Policy, and the Shipping Policy displayed at checkout. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

2. Eligibility, guest checkout, and information
You may browse and use guest checkout without creating a customer account. You must be legally able to enter the transaction and provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, shipping, pickup-person, and payment information. A parent or legal guardian must review and authorize purchases made for a minor. You are responsible for protecting any account or order-access credentials.

3. Products, prices, and availability
We try to present accurate product titles, descriptions, images, prices, and availability. Packaging, color, and manufacturer details may change, and screen displays may vary. Prices and availability can change before checkout. Trading-card products may contain randomized contents; no specific card, grade, pull, or future market value is promised unless the product page expressly states otherwise. Purchase limits may apply.

4. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated receipt only confirms that we received the request. An order is accepted after Shopify confirms payment and TCG Tavern confirms it can fulfill the order. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory error, purchase-limit abuse, legal or safety concerns, or inability to fulfill. If payment was captured for an order we cannot fulfill, we will provide the remedy required by law. Prices, discounts, taxes, shipping, duties, and any payment charges applied through checkout are shown before you submit payment.

5. Final sale and required remedies
All trading-card-game merchandise purchased directly from TCG Tavern is final sale once payment is accepted. We do not accept customer-requested returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refunds. This rule includes sealed products, individual cards, supplies, accessories, and paid preorders. The complete Return and Refund Policy displayed at checkout controls. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy that cannot be waived under applicable law or TCG Tavern's responsibility to correct its own fulfillment error.

6. Shipping and store pickup
Available delivery and pickup methods, prices, and requirements are shown at checkout. Domestic shipping is $17.89, or free only when the eligible merchandise subtotal remains over $100 after all discounts. International availability and rates depend on the active Shopify Market and shipping settings. Pickup is available at 27001 La Paz Rd, Suite 412, Mission Viejo, CA 92691, during regular hours. Allow up to 24 hours and wait for a pickup-ready confirmation before arriving. The Shipping Policy displayed at checkout contains the complete terms.

7. Promotions, memberships, and reservations
A discount, membership benefit, reservation, preorder, priority window, event ticket, or service may have additional published eligibility, timing, quantity, redemption, cancellation, and fulfillment terms. Those specific terms supplement these Terms. Benefits are not transferable and may not be combined unless expressly allowed. Attempting to duplicate, manipulate, or misrepresent eligibility may result in cancellation.

8. Acceptable use
You may not use the store to violate law, infringe rights, submit false information, interfere with security or operation, scrape protected account or checkout data, introduce malicious code, evade purchase limits, test stolen payment credentials, or engage in fraud, harassment, or abuse. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders when reasonably necessary to protect customers, TCG Tavern, Shopify, or others.

9. Intellectual property
TCG Tavern names, logos, original site design, photographs, text, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to TCG Tavern and may not be copied, republished, or commercially exploited without permission. Product names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. No ownership right is transferred by use of the store.

10. Third-party services and links
The store may use or link to Shopify, payment providers, carriers, marketplaces, social platforms, Patreon, grading companies, and other third parties. Their services and transactions are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Individual-card orders completed through TCGplayer follow the terms presented with that TCGplayer order.

11. Disclaimers and limits
To the extent permitted by law, the store and its informational content are provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular future product value, grading outcome, event result, carrier delivery date, or availability until an order is accepted. To the extent permitted by law, TCG Tavern is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential losses arising from use of the store. These limitations do not apply where prohibited and do not exclude liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and shared. Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, private keys, or account credentials by email or website inquiry.

13. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Material changes apply prospectively as required by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect to the extent permitted.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable United States federal law and the laws of California, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply where a customer resides. Venue lies in an appropriate court serving Orange County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
